ai do see a lot of one star reviews like what happened to me. eg, they just cancel the order. So thinking their online system doesn't check inventory first, just takes the order. If they can send it, grate, if it ain't in stock, cancel.

I was trying to buy a blackburn bike pannier which everyone else had for $65 bucks, they had it for $45, and a tube to get it above $50 for free shipping! Someone may have looked at that and realized they weren't making money. I dunno.

I do see a lot of bad reviews on trust pilot and google though. And yeah, circumstantial but someone "out west" used my credit card at Pendleton's right after that, reported it and have a new CC number now.
